Let’s Meet Gladine
Gladine Frasso is a Mental Performance Coach and Keynote Speaker who motivates, inspires, and empowers her audience to unleash their inner champion by teaching them tools and strategies of mental toughness. As a former collegiate basketball player, Gladine learned to use the mental toughness she developed on the court to help her navigate all other areas of her life as a mom, wife, daughter, friend, and Corporate Regional Manager. She speaks about mental toughness to help audiences unleash their inner champion so they can build confidence and resilience to overcome their mental obstacles. Gladine is passionate about teaching the mental game to others who are looking to create a better version of themselves

Adversity is a bend in the road, not the end of the road.

GLADINE'S KEYNOTE
“Game On: Using Mental Toughness As a Compass”
Touches On All Of These Topics:
SELF AWARENESS
That of which you are not aware of you cannot change. Self-awareness allows us to observe how we think, speak and act and that observation provides clues as to where we can create gains in life.
RESILIENCE
Resilience helps you face failure and transform adversity into your advantage. It is okay to get knocked down, but it is not okay to stay there. Get knocked down 7 times, get up 8!
GOAL SETTING
Not having a clear idea of your goals causes you to be distracted by all the things out there without helping you achieve anything of significance. Goal setting helps us identify our outcome goals and reverse engineer down to the daily goals we need to focus on in order to achieve our big goals.
CONFIDENCE
Confidence is one of the main pillars of mental toughness. It is what allows you to do the very thing that you’re afraid of doing. We always look for outside factors to build our confidence, but confidence is an inside job, and it is your responsibility to build and protect it.
FOCUS
Focusing on the things we can control instead of the things we cannot control will give you the best change at success. There are two main types of distractions: internal and external. Helping you block out the noise whether it’s from naysayers or from your own personal dialogue.
